Dear Friends of Downtown San Angelo,
As the leaves begin to turn and the spirit of the season fills the air, Downtown San Angelo, Inc. is proud
to present the Fall 2025 edition of Historic Downtown Magazine. This issue is especially exciting as we
celebrate a season of incredible growth, fresh opportunities, and community spirit right here in the
heart of our city.
We’re thrilled to welcome eight new businesses that have opened their doors this fall—each bringing
unique flavor, creativity, and passion to our ever-evolving downtown landscape. And there’s more to
look forward to, with three more businesses coming soon, adding to the vibrant mix that makes
downtown such a special place to live, work, and explore.
We’re also proud to celebrate a major milestone in downtown living: the grand opening of the
Roosevelt Lofts. This beautifully restored historic property now offers modern urban living in one of
our city's most iconic buildings—a true win for the revitalization of downtown and a sign of what’s to
come.
As always, the holidays are a magical time in Downtown San Angelo. From Christmas at Ol Fort
Concho to the annual Christmas Parade and Concho Christmas
Tour of Lights, our calendar is packed with festive events for the whole family. We invite you to shop
local, dine with friends, and make memories in the warm glow of the season.
